Background
While interning at GO Agency, I was tasked with designing a new logo for Leadership Greater Hartford (LGH) that would serve a dual purpose. It needed to be a strong, standalone main logo for LGH, while also working cohesively with the logos for their individual programs. The goal was to maintain brand recognition across all their offerings.

Process
My central concept focused on the idea of "steps" to symbolize the growth and development participants experience within LGH. This concept could be incorporated into the main logo and then further developed to visually represent the different programs offered.

Outcome
The client appreciated the logo's concept, particularly how it could be adapted for individual programs, but ultimately felt it resembled healthcare branding a bit too closely. We explored other avenues for the final design.
